GENERAL CRITERIA

REQUIRED

  • Corporate and Philanthropic: Director/VP/SVP (subjective based on organization size)

  • Government: Director (management of division, department or area)

  • Nonprofit: Executive Director overseeing a minimum $1 million annual budget or 3-5 employees, with the potential to lead a larger organization

  • 10+ years of professional experience

  • Supervisory/management and leadership experience

  • Demonstrated high-growth and high-impact leadership potential

  • Civic involvement and board member experience

  • Interest in progression and commitment to personal and professional growth

  • Interest in mobility in Charlotte

RECOMMENDED

PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS

  • At least 2 to 3 levels from C-suite

  • Due to the careful investment and comprehensive content shared within the program, selected fellows must be able to attend all sessions, with the exception of one excused absence. A calendar will be provided to program candidates to determine prior to participation. Candidates who cannot attend the dates may apply for the following year.
