ACADEMY CALENDAR

The Academy curriculum is uniquely designed to incorporate professional resources; strategies for success grounded in customized Efficacy for Black professionals modules; and strengths-based leadership principles. The curriculum focuses on how leaders can lead authentically, have transparent conversations, navigate successfully, and advance in executive, C-suite, board and community leadership roles.

Due to the thoughtful investment and comprehensive content shared within the program, in-person session and program event attendance is mandatory for participating fellows. Program candidates should review the calendar below to confirm availability prior to submitting an application. Candidates who cannot attend the dates may apply for the following year.
